Terms of service
These terms apply when you download or play PIXEL CONGA, a game made by Apptaztic ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.
Using the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Please do not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the game, interfere with its ads, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Google Play's rules.
Remove ads purchase
- "Remove ads" is a one-time purchase made through Google Play. It switches off banner and full-screen ads in the game on any device signed in to the same Google account. Optional reward videos stay available if you want them.
- Payment, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under its terms and refund policy. Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live.
- To get your purchase back on a new phone, use Restore purchase in the game's settings.
Boosts and rewards
Boosts, stars, chests, XP and other in-game rewards are earned by playing or by choosing to watch a reward video. They cannot be bought, have no money value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. Resetting progress or uninstalling the game removes them.
Ads
The free version of the game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites and apps they link to.
Changes and availability
We may update the game, change or remove features, or stop offering it. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept the update.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is". We work hard to make it fun and reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that your progress will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost game progress. Our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
